This website is designed to collect only the information needed to respond to consultation requests and provide the relationship assessment.
Relationship assessment
Your assessment answers are sent to a temporary serverless function only to generate your customized report. This version of the website does not save the answers to a database, add them to a client record, or send them to Jenny. Your browser may temporarily preserve unfinished answers in session storage so you can move between sections; that information is removed when you complete or restart the assessment and normally disappears when the browser session ends.
Consultation requests
When you submit the consultation request form, the information you provide is processed and stored by Netlify Forms so Jenny can respond. Do not submit emergency, medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information through this form.
Important limitations
The assessment and customized report are educational and developmental. They are not clinical diagnosis, therapy, crisis care, legal advice, or a validated psychometric instrument. The website is not designed for emergency communication.
Your choices
You may use the assessment without entering your name or email. You may also print or save the results directly from your browser.
